Ursula Johnson was born and raised in Roseau, Dominica. Following a nursing career in the UK in the 70’s where she specialised in midwifery and public health (health visiting and school nursing). Since retirement, she has continued to work part-time as a Named Nurse/Nurse Advisor in Safeguarding Children for number of NHS Trusts. Ursula has been a member of DASSSA for over 10 years, and is currently the secretary for DASSSA.
